Frequently Asked Questions
Go to the Stages tab of your project. Each stage has a system prompt and a list of tools. Add stages for each phase of the conversation (e.g. greeting, order-taking, confirmation). Configure a transition on each stage so the assistant advances automatically when a key tool succeeds. See the Stages guide for full details.
Keep each prompt focused on one phase. Start with the persona, then the goal, then rules (keep replies short, one question at a time, no markdown). Use the Generate button — type a one-sentence description of what the stage should do and the AI writes the prompt for you. See the Prompts guide.
Resources are backend model definitions — you describe a model (e.g.
sale.order), its fields, and which CRUD operations are allowed. These definitions are shared with the AI when you use Generate to write a tool. They are not loaded at call runtime. See the Resources guide.
Click Billing in the top navigation of the dashboard. The billing portal opens where you can view your balance and add credits. Your current balance is always shown in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Open any project and click the Recordings tab. Each entry shows the date, duration, and first line of the transcript. Click an entry to see the full transcript and play the audio recording (if audio capture is enabled).
Buy a number on Telnyx, create a TeXML application pointing to
https://voip.voicle.ai/incoming/telnyx, assign the number to the app, then add it in the project's VoIP tab and click Deploy. Full step-by-step in the Telnyx Phone Setup guide.
- Make sure the project is deployed (green badge in the VoIP tab).
- Check that the phone number is assigned to the project.
- Verify the Telnyx TeXML application webhook URL is
https://voip.voicle.ai/incoming/telnyx. - Check that a greeting is configured in the first stage prompt.
